Agriculture plays an indispensable role in the economic system of all countries, and issue agricultural carbon emissions has become a challenge to sustainable development global economy. Against this backdrop, based on data 30 provinces, municipalities directly under central government autonomous regions (excluding Hong Kong, Macau Tibet) China from 2005 2019, current study comprehensively uses two-way fixed effect panel model vector autoregressive (PVAR) explore static dynamic relationships between mechanization, large-scale operation emissions. Analysis show that mechanization promote emissions, increasing level urbanization will help curb increase However, perspective, there is granger causality relationship Agricultural important cause its promoting sustainable, while short-term positive, long run it helps reduce Accordingly, recommends should make following efforts: firstly, speed up research machinery driven by clean energy; secondly, guide effective transfer land encourage farmers amount chemical materials input improving use efficiency pesticide materials; thirdly, uphold concept ecological civilization process urbanization.
